Summary
POSSIBLE SEPARATION COULD DEVELOP IN SERVICE BETWEEN THE PLIES IN THE SHOULDER TREAD AREA. THIS CONDITION RESULTS IN NONCOMPLIANCE TO FMVSS # 109. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THIS NON COMPLIANCE COULD RESULT IN SUDDEN LOSS OF AIR WITH POSSIBLE VEHICLE CRASH.
