THE FRONT SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY MAY REQUIRE MORE EFFORT THAN USUAL TO RELEASE AND FAILS TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 209, "SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES".
