VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED; COOLING FANS MANUFACTURED BY ENGINEERED COOLING SYSTEMS WILL BE REPLACED WITH FANS OF ANOTHER BRAND.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: HEAVY TRUCKS.SYSTEM: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; COOLING FAN.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: IF A SEPARATION WERE TO OCCUR WHILE THE ENGINE IS INOPERATION, THE FAN BLADE COULD BE THROWN OUTWARD WITH ENOUGH FORCE TO PIERCETHE HOOD AND COULD CAUSE SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY.
