TIRES DO NOT CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES. A BULGE MAY DEVELOP IN THE SIDE WALL AREA, OR NOISE AND VIBRATION MAY BE DETECTED WHEN DRIVING.
