TIRES FAILED TO MEET THE HIGH SPEED TEST REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 109, NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES. TIRES MAY DEVELOP PLY SEPARATION AT THE EDGE OF THE BELT.
