Summary

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE FLYWHEELS IN SOME OF THE INVOLVED ENGINES HAVE CRACKS LOCATED WITHIN THE PILOT BORE AREA. THESE CRACKS MAY PROGRESS UNDER OPERATIONAL STRESSES AND LEAD TO FRAGMENTATION OF THE FLYWHEEL.

Remedy

THE MANUFACTURER WILL INSPECT AND, IF NECESSARY, REPLACE THE ENGINE FLYWHEEL WITHOUT CHARGE TO OWNER.
