THE MATERIAL USED IN THE MAIN BEAM ASSEMBLY OF INVOLVED VEHICLES MAY BE OF SUB-STANDARD STRENGTH. IMPACT TESTS PERFORMED ON SAMPLES REVEAL A HIGH FAILURE RATE.
