VEHICLE CERTIFICATION LABELS WERE MISLOCATED ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES. THE LABELS ARE LOCATED INSIDE THE DISPATCH BOX LID WHERE THEY ARE NOT EASILY VISIBLE.
