Summary
SOME OF THE INVOLVED PIPES WERE SHIPPED WITHOUT THE REQUIRED HEAT SHIELD CLAMPED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PIPE.

Remedy
THE MANUFACTURER WILL REPAIR DEFECTIVE PIPE BY INSTALLING A HEAT SHIELD OR WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT PIPE, IF NECESSARY.
