Summary
THE INVOLVED HELMETS FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 218, "MOTORCYCLE HELMETS". THEY FAILED THE PENETRATION TEST.

THE DEALER WILL REPLACE THE INVOLVED HELMETS WITH ONES THAT MEET THE STANDARD, WITHOUT CHARGE.
