THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS". THESE VEHICLES DO NOT MEET THE 0.550 SECOND BRAKE RELEASE TIMING REQUIREMENT.
