AN AIR LINE COUPLING IN THE MAIN AIR SUPPLY LINE FROM THE FOOT VALVE TO THE REAR AXLE HAS BEEN IMPROPERLY TIGHTENED AND MAY RESULT IN AIR LINE COUPLING DISCONNECTION.
