Summary

THE INVOLVED VEHICLES FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS". IT IS POSSIBLE THAT INCORRECT PLUMBING OF THE REAR BRAKE AXLES OCCURRED. CONSEQUENTLY, THE REAR AXLE MAY NOT BE CAPABLE OF CYCLING ITS BRAKE APPLICATIONS IN THE ANTI-SKID MODE.
