HANOVER TRAILER EQUIPPED WITH DUAL TANDEM AXLES. POSSIBILITY EXISTS THAT ALLLUG BOLTS MAY BREAK SIMULTANEOUSLY, CAUSING WHEEL TO COME OFF AXEL.(CORRECTBY INSPECTING AND REPLACING DEFECTIVE BOLTS WITH IMPROVED LUG BOLTS.)
