INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CAMPAIGN NO 75506.FLEETSTAR,FLEETSTAR,PAYSTAR,CARGOSTAR,F8500M EQUIPPED WITH DETROIT ALLISONMT-650 TRANSMISSION.TRUCKS.POSSIBILITY THAT VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH MT-650AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION MAY CONTAIN NYLON PARTICLE CONTAMINANT WITHIN THEGOVERNOR ASSEMBLY.A NYLON PARTICLE COULD BLOCK AN ORIFICE IN THE GOVERNORVALVE AND RESULT IN UNINTENTIONAL TRANSMISSION DOWN SHIFT WITH THE POSSIBILITYOF TRANSMISSION DISINTERGRATION.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING GOVERNORASSEMBLY WHERE NECESSARY).
