FRUEHAUF CAMPAIGN NO N/A.COMMERCIAL HIGHWAY FREIGHT TRAILERS.POSSIBILITYTHAT WHEELS WERE MACHINED IN A CONVEX OUT-OF-FLAT CONDITION ON THE INSIDE WHEELMOUNTING SURFACE.IF THIS CONDITION EXISTS, IT MAY INCREASE THE ASSEMBLYSTRESS ON THE HUB TO AN UNDESIRABLE LIMIT, RESULTING IN A PREMATURE FAILURE OFTHE HUB.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING WITH PROPERLY MACHINED WHEEL).
