CARRIER CORPORATION CAMPAIGN NO N/A.MOUNTED ON GASOLINE POWERED CHASSIS.BUILT 7-24-72 THRU 9-26-73.POSSIBILITY THAT WELDS ON THE GUSSETS ATTACHINGTHE CYLINDER MOUNTING BEAM TO THE BODY ARE DEFECTIVE.THESE DEFECTIVE WELDSCOULD CAUSE FAILURE OF THE ATTACHMENT, WITH POSSIBLE FAILURE OF THE OIL TANK ORHYDRAULIC HOSES.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND INSTALLING REINFORCEMENT FIELDKIT).
