DODGE CAMPAIGN NO 131T.TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH DIESEL ENGINES.POSSIBILITY THEINSTALLED POSITION OF THE AIR BRAKE TANKS IS TOO LOW AT THE FRONT.THISCONDITION MAY PREVENT DRAINING OF WATER FROM THE PETCOCKS AT REAR OF TANKS,ALLOWING FREEZING OF THE AIR BRAKE LINES DURING COLD WEATHER, RESULTING INREDUCED BRAKING CAPABILITY.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REVISING BRACKETS TOPROPERLY POSITION TANKS).
