INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CAMPAIGN NO 74501.ENGINES INVOLVED ARE V-8CONFIGURATION.POSSIBILITY THAT THE THROTTLE LEVER EXTENSION "U" BRACKET,WHICH IS PART OF THE ACCELERATOR LINKAGE, CAN OVERRIDE THE THROTTLE LEVER.IFTHIS CONDITION OCCURS IT WILL CAUSE THE ACCELERATOR TO REMAIN IN PARTIAL OPENPOSITION.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING EXTENTION "U" BRACKETS).
