CHRYSLER CAMPAIGN NO 155.POSSIBILITY THAT VEHICLES MAY NOT HAVE FULL HEATERAND DEFROSTING CAPABILITY AND MAY NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETYSTANDARD NO.103.THIS FAILURE IS DUE TO HEATER HOSE WATER VALVE NOT OPENINGFROM CLOSED POSITION, OR TO REMAININ THE OPEN POSITION.(CORRECT BY INSPECTINGREPLACING VALVES WHERE NECESSARY).
