HARLEY DAVIDSON CAMPAIGN NO 651.MFG.BETWEEN OCT.31 1972 MAR.25 1973.POSSIBILITY THAT THE LOWER FORK BRACKETR SSEMBLIES HAVE VARYING DEGREES OFQUENCH CRACKING IN A CRITICAL AREA.THIS CONDITION COULD RESULT IN FATIGUEFAILURE RESULTING IN POSSIBLE FRONT SUSPENSION COLLAPSE.(CORRECT BYINSPECTING AND REPLACING FORK BRACKET ASSEMBLIES WHERE NECESSARY.
