INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CAMPAIGN NO 73503.PICKUP.POSSIBILITY THAT THEMASTER VAC USED WITH DISC BRAKES WAS INADVERTENTLY INSTALLED ON SOME VEHICLESEQUIPPED WITH POWER DRUM BRAKES WHICH COULD CAUSE LOW BRAKE PEDAL UNDER PANICSTOP CONDITIONS.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING MASTER VAC ASSEMBLYWHERE NECESSARY).
