CRANE CAMPAIGN NO N/A.READY-MIX CARRIER W/BD70,000 AXLE.POSSIBILITY THATUNDER EXTREME LOAD, CRACKS COULD DEVELOP IN THE AXLE SPINDLE.IF THISCONDITION EXISTS IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A FAILURE OF THE WHEEL SPINDLE COULDRESULT IN THE LOSS OF A WHEEL.(CORRECT BYINSPECTING AND REPLACE WITH NEW AXLEWHERE NECESSARY).
