POSSIBILITY THAT HITCH LATCH HANDLE MAY DROP OUT DUE TO INADEQUATE PLUG WELD.IF THIS CONDITION EXISTS, COULD ALLOW HANDLE TO FALL OUT AND LATCH TO FALL OFFTHE HITCH.(CORRECT BY WELDING 1/4" FLAT WASHER WITH MINIMUM 1/2" OUTSIDEDIAMETER ON END OF HANDLE.)
