POSSIBILITY BRAKE PIPE MAY CONTACT NUT ON IDLER ARM.CONTACT WITH THIS NUT COULD POSSIBLY CHAFE PIPE AND CAUSE LOSS OF BRAKING ACTION.(CORRECT BY INSTALLING AN ADDITIONAL FASTENER TO HOLD PIPE.)
