POSSIBILITY FRAME MOUNTED POWER BRAKE BOOSTER MAY HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED IMPROPERLY OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR ASSEMBLY.ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS COULD RESULT IN FAILURE TO RELEASE BRAKES PROMPTLY WHICH WILL REDUCE BRAKING ABILITY OR LOSS OF POWER ASSIST.(CORRECT BY INSPECTION AND REPLACE IF NECES- SARY.)
