POSSIBILITY THAT IMPROPER HEAT-TREATED CENTER LINK PIN TO STEERING IDLER ARM MAY FAIL DUE TO TENSION STRESS AFTER TIGHTENING THE RETAINING NUT.FAILURE OF THIS PIN COULD CAUSE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL.(CORRECT BY REPLACING WITH PROPER HEAT-TREATED PIN.)
