POSSIBLE INTERFERENCE BETWEEN THE STARTER CABLE AND THE STEERING SHAFT COUPLING HEAT SHIELD.THIS CONDI- TION COULD CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL SHORT CIRCUIT RESULTING IN FAILURE OF THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OR A POSSIBLE INTERFERENCE IN THE STEERING SYSTEM.(IN- SPECT, REROUTE, AND SECURE THE STARTER CABLE AS REQUIRED.)
