THE SUBJECT VEHICLES WERE MANUFACTURED WITH A CARBURETOR ADAPTER LEVER WHICH COULD POSSIBLY CAUSE THE ACCELERATOR CONTROL ROD TO STICK IN AN OFF IDLE CONDITION.(CORRECT SITUATION.)
