Summary
Q'Straint is recalling certain QRT-3 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
Consequence
An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace retractors, free of charge. Q'Straint will notify affected vehicle manufacturers by April 30, 2026. Owners may contact Q'straint customer service at 1-800-987-9987.
