Summary

Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2024-2025 LR natural gas vehicles. The methane detector may be inoperative due to a missing fuse.

Consequence

An inoperative methane detector can fail to detect a gas leak, increasing the risk of a fire or injury.

Remedy

Dealers will install a fuse, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 10, 2024. Owners may contact Mack customer service at 1-800-866-1177. Mack's number for this recall is SC0461.
