Summary
Mando Corporation (Mando) is recalling certain Motor Driven Power Steering (MDPS) Power Packs. The printed circuit board in the Power Pack may short circuit, resulting in a loss of power steering assist.
Consequence
A loss of power steering assist increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy
The affected vehicle manufacturers will determine the appropriate remedy for their vehicles. Vehicle owners may contact their respective vehicle manufacturers customer service phone numbers.
