The contact owns a 2021 Ram Promaster 1500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the solar panel fractured and detached from the vehicle. The contact owns a 2021 Ram Promaster 1500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the solar panel fractured and detached from the vehicle. The failure occurred while the contact was on vacation and driving at night. The contact stated that the vehicle was converted into an RV that was manufactured by Thor Motor Coach. The RV was taken to an independent mechanic. The new solar panel was replaced, and the vehicle was repaired. The contact later researched and notice that the failure was like NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V759000 (Equipment). The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
