TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 R-VISION TRAIL-LITE EQUIPPED WITH UNIROYAL LAREDO HD/H TIRES, SIZE: 225/75/R16 (NA). WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE INNER TIRE BLEW OUT AND DETACHED THE PROPANE TANK LINES. THE CONTACT OBSERVED THAT THE TREAD SEPARATED ON THE TIRE AND, AS A RESULT, THE TIRE BLEW OUT. THE PREVIOUS NIGHT, THE CONTACT INSPECTED THE TIRES AND OBSERVED THAT THE TREADS ON ALL FOUR REARS TIRES WERE SEPARATING. THE TWO REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRES WERE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE TIRES WERE NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 12T019000 (TIRES). THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 44,000 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,000.
