The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-550 hauling a 2023 Primo Car Hauler. The contact stated that after stopping at a rest stop, upon further inspection, the contact became aware that the welding on the trailer’s dub tail had fractured off. The local dealer was contacted. The trailer was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 26,400. VIN tool shows the VIN was invalid.
