TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 PJ DUMP TRAILER (NA). WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE TRAILER SUDDENLY SWERVED AGGRESSIVELY. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE DRIVER INSPECTED THE TRAILER AND NOTICED THAT THE FRONT AND REAR PASSENGER SIDE WHEELS DETACHED FROM THE TRAILER. THE TRAILER WAS TOWED TO AN…

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 PJ DUMP TRAILER (NA). WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE TRAILER SUDDENLY SWERVED AGGRESSIVELY. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE DRIVER INSPECTED THE TRAILER AND NOTICED THAT THE FRONT AND REAR PASSENGER SIDE WHEELS DETACHED FROM THE TRAILER. THE TRAILER WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS CONTRIBUTED TO AN OVERLOAD OF FREIGHT. THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE TWO WHEELS AND HUBS. IN ADDITION, THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE WHEEL WAS DEFECTIVE AND IS CURRENTLY BEING REPLACED. THE CONTACT HAS PICTURES OF THE FAILURES. THE VIN WAS UNABLE TO BE ENTERED INTO THE SYSTEM. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 500.
