THE PISTON IN THE ANTILOCK VALVE COULD STICK DUE TO EXPOSURE TO HIGH CONCENTRATIONS OF FLUID CONTAMINANTS THAT MAY COLLECT IN THE TRAILER BRAKING SYSTEM. CONSEQUENTLY, NO AIR WOULD BE DELIVERED TO THE BRAKING CHAMBERS NORMALLY SUPPLIED BY THIS VALVE. THIS WOULD RESULT IN A "NO BRAKE" CONDITION ON THE AFFECTED AXLES. THIS FAILURE WOULD CONSTITUTE A NON-COMPLIANCE TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS".
