TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500 TOWING A 2019 (NA) PACE AMERICAN JOURNEY TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HANGERS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE TRAILER WERE NOT WELDED CORRECTLY. THE SPRINGS IN THE HANGERS WERE LOOSE AND WOULD NOT SUPPORT THE TRAILER PROPERLY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ONE OF THE BOLT FINDERS DETACHED AND STRUCK ANOTHER VEHICLE WHILE IN TRAFFIC. THE CONTACT TOOK THE TRAILER TO BIG TEX TRAILERS (502 S MIDWAY RD, CORDELE, GEORGIA 10315, 229-256-4567), BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE TRAILER WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
