EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLES ON PASSENGER'S AND DRIVER'S SIDES BROKE. CONSUMER HAS NO ACCESS TO INTO THE VEHICLE, ONLY ACCESS AVAILABLE IS THE SLIDING, DEALER CONTACTED AND CANNOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. NO WARRANTY, REPAIRS AT OWNER'S EXPENSE. PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION. *AK
EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLES BROKE ON BOTH PASSENGER AND DRIVER SIDE. THE VEHICLE IS NOT USED FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN AS A PASSENGER/FAMILY VAN. THE HANDLES SIMPLY BROKE, THEREBY DISALLOWING ACCESS TO THE VEHICLE OTHER THAN THROUGH THE SLIDING DOOR.
UNDER NORMAL OPERATION VEHICLE'S DOOR HANDLE BROKE. CAUSE IS UNKNOWN. OWNER PLEASE DESCRIBE. *AK
ELECTRICAL SHORT IN THE DOOR ASSEMBLY, SLIDING DOOR WILL COME OPEN INTERMITTENTLY WHILE DRIVING. *AK

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM AUGUST 1991 THROUGH JULY 1995. THE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINE CAN SEPARATE WHEN THE VEHICLE IS OPERATED IN LOW TEMPERATURES IN COMBINATION WITH HIGH TRANSMISSION LOADS.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: VEHICLE FIRES CAN OCCUR DUE TO THE SPILLAGE OF TRANSMISSION FLUID.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINES.

IMPROPERLY MANUFACTURED BRAKE PEDAL ARM CAUSES THE BRAKE PEDAL ARM TO FRACTURE DURING BRAKING.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THIS CONDITION CAN RESULT IN A LOSS OF BRAKE OPERATION INCREASING BRAKING DISTANCE AND THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE ALL SUSPECT BRAKE PEDAL ASSEMBLIES.
