The contact owns a 2023 Nissan Titan XD. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle came to an abrupt stop and then lunged forward independently. The contact owns a 2023 Nissan Titan XD. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle came to an abrupt stop and then lunged forward independently. Additionally, the contact stated that the transmission inadvertently downshifted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The failure recurred. The contact stated that while driving 5 MPH, the contact made a left turn and the transmission inadvertently down shifted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.
