    WHILE DRIVING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL HAD GOTTEN STUCK AND THE VEHICLE REVVED UP TO A SPEED OF 110 MPH. TS THE VEHICLE WAS HARD TO STOP WHILE DRIVING AT 10 MPH(HAD TO THROW IN PARK), AND AFTER THE INCIDENT, THE CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO START THE VEHICLE. SCC
