TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 NISSAN QUEST. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE EXTERIOR HEADLIGHTS WOULD SPORADICALLY FAIL, WHICH REDUCES VISIBILITY. HE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER ON THREE OCCASIONS AND THEY REPLACED THE HEADLIGHT CONNECTOR, THE HEADLIGHT SOCKET TWICE, AND THE BULB IN THE HEADLAMP. AS OF AUGUST 7, 2008, NONE OF TH…

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 NISSAN QUEST. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE EXTERIOR HEADLIGHTS WOULD SPORADICALLY FAIL, WHICH REDUCES VISIBILITY. HE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER ON THREE OCCASIONS AND THEY REPLACED THE HEADLIGHT CONNECTOR, THE HEADLIGHT SOCKET TWICE, AND THE BULB IN THE HEADLAMP. AS OF AUGUST 7, 2008, NONE OF THE REPAIRS HAVE SUCCESSFULLY REMEDIED THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER, BUT WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH ANY ASSISTANCE BECAUSE HIS VEHICLE EXCEEDED ITS WARRANTY. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 24,794 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
