WHILE VEHICLE WAS IN A STOP POSTION DRIVER TOUCHED THE PEDAL AND VEHICLE HAD SUDDENLY ACCELERATED OUT OF CONTROL, ACROSS THE PARKING LOT AND CAUSED SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE DRIVER. *AK
VEHICLE PARKED, PUT VEHICLE IN GEAR, VEHICLE SUDDENLY TOOK OFF, BRAKES WENT TO FLOOR, DRIVER HIT A HOUSE. *AK
RELEASED EMERGENCY BRAKE AND SHIFTED GEAR SELECTOR INTO REVERSE. VEHICLE SUDDENLY SURGED REARWARD, ACROSS THE STREET, UP (7) STAIRS AND INTO A WOODEN PILLAR OF A HOUSE BEFORE STOPPING. *AK
