THE HARNESS WAS REPLACED BY A NISSAN DEALER AND IT MELTED AGAIN 3 WEEKS LATER. NISSAN HAS HAD ENGINEERS AND MULTIPLE DIAGNOSTIC SPECIALISTS LOOK AT THIS PROBLEM AND HAVE FOUND NO …

IT IS OBVIOUS THEY HAVE USED TO SMALL OF A WIRE ON THE GROUND AND NOT SUPPORTED IT CORRECTLY IN THE CONNECTOR AS THE MELTING ALWAYS BEGINS WITH THE GROUND WIRE. THIS HAS OCCURRED ON OVER 500 TRUCKS.

CAR WAS PARKED ENGINE RUN FLAMES STARTED TO COME UP BY THE BATTERY SIDE .FOUND OUT THAT THE 2012 -2014 FRONTIERS HAD A RECALL FOR WIRE HARNESS CATCHING FIRE.
