Service Brakes
The electric brakes on this trailer have been inoperative/poorly working. The trailer was purchased 12/26/2026 and the problem was discovered within one week. The electric brakes on this trailer have been inoperative/poorly working. The trailer was purchased 12/26/2026 and the problem was discovered within one week. The selling dealer states no warranty on brakes, the manufacturer, NationCraft confirms warranty 1/8/2026. The trailer has been attempted to be repaired on two different visits to very minor improvement. The brakes do not provide the proper force to slow the trailer when empty or loaded. The trailer is unable to be safely towed due to this defect. The manufacturer has been unresponsive in offering to repair this issue. I went as far as to contact the axle manufacturer, Terran, who is also unresponsive.
