2008 MONACO CAMELOT MOTOR HOME WITH PARKING BRAKE FAILURE CUSTOMER STATES THAT THE PARKING BRAKE FAILED CAUSING THE MOTOR HOME TO ROLL DOWN A HILL. *KB UPON RETURNING TO THE MOTORHOME, THE CONSUMER FOUND THAT THE RV HAD ROLLED DOWN THE HILL AND IT WAS STOPPED WHEN THE REAR CURBSIDE SLIDE OUT MADE CONTACT WITH A PINE TREE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE REASON FOR THE INCIDENT WAS DUE TO THE FACT THE PARKING BRAKE WAS RELEASED. THE CONSUMER STATED THE PARKING BRAKE MAY HAVE BEEN RELEASED BY HIS DOG. THE CONSUMER FURTHER STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER WAS AWARE OF THE DEFECT, BUT DID NOT BRING IT TO HIS ATTENTION. THE CONSUMER DID STATE HOWEVER IN THE OWNERS MANUAL IT STATED IF THE AIR TANK WAS NOT DUMPED AN ACCIDENTAL RELEASE OF THE PARKING BRAKE COULD OCCUR AND WHEN TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN OR PETS MAY REQUIRE A SMALL BLOCK TO BE FABRICATED TO PREVENT AN ACCIDENTAL RELEASE. *TR
