My passenger front wheel came off the vehicle because the control arm cracked and broke. There was no damage to the vehicle with no collision’s.

The contact owns a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage G4. The contact stated while driving approximately at 55 MPH, a vehicle in front stopped rapidly and caused a chain reaction crash. The contact's vehicle was the fourth and was the final vehicle involved in the crash. The vehicle crashed into the rear of the third vehicle. The front end of the contact's vehicle was crushed, and the hood was crumpled to the windshield. The third vehicle was a large truck and suffered little damage. The contact stated that the driver's side and passenger air bags did not deploy. Additionally, the passenger seat belt did not retract during the impact, and the passenger hit her shoulder on the dashboard. The passenger suffered torn muscles in her shoulder along with bruising. The passenger was transported to the emergency room by ambulance. The driver suffered no injuries. The vehicle was towed to an impound lot and had not been diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 76,000.

The contact owns a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage G4. The contact stated while driving 65 MPH, there was an abnormal grinding sound coming from the vehicle. The contact also noticed that the tires were worn. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and the wheel bearings were replaced. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that the wheels could not be aligned. The manufacturer was contacted and notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 900.
LOSING TRANSMISSION FLUID AND NOT LEAKING HAD IN SHOP MORE THEN 3 TIMES FOR IT DATE ISN'T RIGHT DUE TO IT HAS HAPPENED MORE THEN ONCE CAR HAS EVEN SHUT ITS SELF OFF MORE THEN ONCE AND OVER REVES
WE WERE IN A COLLISION. A VEHICLE REAR ENDED US HARD AROUND 50 MPH ESTIMATE. WHEN WE WERE HIT THE PASSENGER SEAT FOLDED AND THE PASSENGER HIT THE HEADREST AND THE HEADREST FLEW BACK TO HIT MY REAR PASSENGER IN THE FACE. OUR VEHICLE WAS AT A COMPLETE STOP ON A HIGHWAY. THE OTHER VEHICLE HIT US ON THE PASSENGER SIDE STRAIGHT ON.
WAS DRIVING STARTED SQUACKING, STEERING IS WIGGLY, GONE THROUGH ABOUT 8 TIRES ON ONE PARTICULAR SIDE. WAS DRIVING TOO GET BRAKES CHECKED BRAKE PAD COMPLETELY FELL OFF AND NO BRAKE LIGHT. THE TIRES HAVE BEEN ISSUE SINCE DAY 7
