HAD A BLOWOUT ON RIGHT REAR OUTSIDE TIRE ON VEHICLE (2008 MITSUBISHI FUSO FE145) NOTE: FE 145 WAS NOT AN OPTION TO SELECT FOR COMPLAINT). TRUCK WAS EMPTY COMING BACK FROM RUNS AND HAD NOT ENCOUNTERED ANY OBSTRUCTION ON ROAD PRIOR TO FAILING. YOKOHAMA HAD ALREADY PROVIDED A CREDIT FOR 2 TIRES PREVIOUSLY REPLACED ON OUR TRUCK THAT WERE DEFECTIVE. THIS BLOWOUT SHOWED EVIDENCE OF TREAD SEPARATION. I'M CONCERNED ABOUT THE REMAINING 2 TIRES ON TRUCK AND FEAR FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS WHO HAVE SAME TIRES. *TR
