While exiting the vehicle, the vehicle shut off. The vehicle automatically locked after closing the door. The contact's child became locked inside the vehicle on several occasions. The contact's husband was able to unlock the doors with his phone. The contact had previously been stranded for three hours. The vehicle was towed on a flatbed to the local dealer, and a software check was performed. The vehicle was diagnosed, and it was determined that the coolant level was low. The contact was informed that the anti-theft system was working as designed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided.
