UPON EXAMINING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGERS TIRE WAS DEFLATED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE SIDEWALLS ON ALL FOUR TIRES WERE DRY AND ROTTED.
